| Danielle Bowen is a graduate of Bowling Green High School who returned to her ‘Purples’ roots to teach 1st grade at T.C. Cherry Elementary after completing her studies at Western Kentucky University. Bowen has been at T.C. Cherry for six years now and loves being there. |

| In 2021, Sawyer Burch was diagnosed with Trifunctional Protein Deficiency (TFP), a very rare metabolic disorder that prevents his body from converting certain fats to energy. Because of this, Sawyer’s body breaks down his muscles for energy, leading to neuropathy, frequent hospitalizations and the possibility of sudden death. |
