TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Certification by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital underwent a rigorous, review on December 18, 2020. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission reviewers evaluated compliance with national disease-specific care standards and total hip and total knee replacement surgery-specific requirements. The Joint Commission standards are developed in consultation with health care experts and providers, measurement experts and patients. The reviewers also conducted onsite observations and interviews.
