REALTOR® Association Welcomes New CEO

Members of the REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky are proud to announce their new Chief Executive Officer, Steve Denney.

Denney is a Bowling Green native, a graduate of Bowling Green High School and attended Western Kentucky University. He has served in the real estate industry for 20 years. Before accepting this position, Steve led the Henderson Audubon Board of REALTORS® as their CEO. As a board member for 18 years, he served as an MLS Chair, RPAC Chair and on various other committees. Steve was also awarded REALTOR® of the Year in 2016.

“I’m excited to join RASK as CEO and eager to get started. I have missed the Bowling Green community and can’t wait to spend more time with my family. I look forward to working with the staff and REALTOR® leaders at RASK. They truly love their community and it shows in the work that they do. My family and I are thrilled that I am coming back home to Bowling Green. The Association and community of Henderson will always be a huge part of my journey and they will be missed greatly.”

RASK President Tony Vance shared his enthusiasm about Steve filling the CEO position. “Steve’s background in real estate brings a unique set of skills that we were looking for to lead RASK to the next level,” said Tony. Steve succeeds the previous CEO, Jim DeMaio, who resigned in January of this year.
