Med Center Health Welcomes Brooke Leachman, M.D.



Med Center Health is proud to welcome Radiation Oncologist Brooke Leachman, M.D. to the Cancer Center team. She focuses on listening to her patients and their families to learn their wishes and values. This understanding drives the decisions she and patients develop together about cancer care. “I enjoy the teaching aspect of my practice the most,” Dr. Leachman says, “helping patients and families understand cancer and how we treat it, so they feel informed and empowered.” Dr. Leachman treats each patient the way she would want her family treated. Her vision is that all patients deserve access to modern, comprehensive and multidisciplinary cancer care provided by compassionate medical professionals. She received her Medical Degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, N.C., and completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Temple University Health System in Philadelphia, Pa. She joins Richard McGahan, M.D. at the Cancer Treatment Center in Bowling Green. n her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, photography, cooking, travel and book clubs.
