Jeremy Connor

Keller Williams Realty

Jeremy Connor has over 20 years of education and experience in the industrial manufacturing field along with leadership and technical training from WKU and Xavier University. Over the years, however, Jeremy always had desire to enter into the real estate business. He was driven to work in real estate to enjoy the reward of helping people bring their dreams to life of owning a home for their selves or their families.

Jeremy decided to pursue the dream while working with his cousin and mentor, Dwayne Pierce, an agent with Keller Williams, when buying and selling his own properties. In July 2017, Jeremy enrolled into Thornton’s Real Estate Academy and soon after became a KY Licensed Sales Associate for Keller Williams.

Since then, Jeremy has dedicated all of his extra time at becoming knowledgeable in the field of real estate. Having Dwayne in his side pocket he feels gives him a strong advantage. He faithfully believe his strong work ethic and attention to detail, along with a personal passion for helping others, make him a wise choice for anyone’s real estate needs. His engineering background meshed with real estate helps him pay close attention to a home’s structure and how well the home has been maintained and treated over the years. This allows him to be more alert to defects a home may have and can dramatically help in the negotiation process.

Jeremy enjoys real estate because it’s an opportunity to serve others during some of the most memorable moments of their lives. “It feels good to be a part of that process for people, knowing I was able to aid them through buying or selling a home.” said Jeremy. For Jeremy, this role is about building lifelong relationships. He is forever thankful to each person or family for life and not just during the real estate process. “When people choose an agent they are choosing someone they can trust and share a big part of their personal life. I stand by the code of ethics of being a REALTOR and take pride in the trust that I am given, when chosen to be an agent to others.”

Jeremy lives and works in Bowling Green and enjoys spending time with his family and two daughters, Lilly Grace (16) and Liza Faith (8). He loves reading, learning new things and practicing photography, which gives him an advantage as a real estate agent, because his pictures stand out above the rest. He contributes time to help young adults develop their professional and technical skills in career manufacturing by assisting with local training programs.
