William Hines & Jefferson Mullins

William Hines is a Financial Advisor for South Central Investment Services. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1996, and he can be found playing golf on the weekends or spending time with his family.

Jefferson Mullins is also a Financial Advisor for South Central Investment Services. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1984, and he enjoys golf, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loves spending time with his golden retrievers, Max, Gunner, and Stella.

William and Jefferson have over 40 years combined experience in the financial services industry. They have been covering their territory in South Central Kentucky for the last 15 years. They came to South Central 3 years ago to help run their investment services division. “By partnering with South Central Bank, we are in a unique situation where we can offer our clients comprehensive financial and investment services, while also covering our clients’ many banking needs.”

They have capabilities to service any client in any financial situation. The advice they would give to prospective clients about investing, no matter what stage of life they are in, would be to have a good, sound financial plan, review it periodically, and work with a trusted financial advisor to help execute that plan.

William and Jefferson say they work with each client individually to make each client’s financial plan unique to the client’s wants and dreams. Some of the services they offer include: full financial planning, full service brokerage, retirement income planning, wealth accumulation planning, wealth transfer solutions, and 529 and other educational savings accounts.

Jefferson says that his number one bit of financial advice is to invest early and often. “That resonates so well, and I have never forgotten that advice. It is so true,” he says. Bill says to have a plan and stay disciplined. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint,” he says.
