Leading Ladies: Dr. Nazanin Ghazisharif, Dr. Robertha Jones and Dr. Sara Oh

At Precision Dental, exceptional patient care is shaped by a large team, including three exceptional women whose distinct experiences bring unique perspectives to the practice. Owner Dr. Nazanin Ghazisharif and associate dentists Dr. Roberta Jones and Dr. Sara Oh have each taken a different path to dentistry, yet share a commitment to compassionate care, lifelong learning and serving the Bowling Green community. Dr. Nazanin Ghazisharif, known to her patients as Dr. Naz, brings a strong foundation of leadership and service to Precision Dental. Before entering private practice, she served as a Captain in the U.S. Army at Fort Stewart and in South Korea. Today, she serves as an owner and dentist at Precision Dental, working alongside her team to grow the practice across two Bowling Green locations. Balancing patient care with the responsibilities of leading a growing organization, Dr. Naz believes leadership is about creating an environment where team members feel challenged, supported and empowered to grow. That same spirit of perseverance is reflected in Dr. Roberta Jones’ journey as an associate dentist with the practice. After practicing dentistry in Brazil, Dr. Jones moved to the United States and earned her dental degree a second time at the University of Louisville. Balancing rigorous coursework with family life required determination and resilience, ultimately allowing her to continue pursuing the profession she loved. Today, she continues to grow professionally while making time for her family. As an associate dentist, Dr. Oh brings a background in dental education to Precision Dental. She takes pride in contributing to the development and education of the next generation of dental professionals. Passionate about giving back and serving her community, Dr. Oh has volunteered with Remote Area Medical, providing free dental services to individuals and families in need. She is dedicated to making a positive impact through compassionate, patient-centered care and service to others. Though their journeys are different, Dr. Naz, Dr. Jones and Dr. Oh share a common belief: great leadership begins with caring for people. Together with the entire Precision Dental team, they are helping create a practice where patients feel seen, heard and cared for.
