Zac Ross built his life and career right where his heart has always been, in Glasgow. Raised with a deep appreciation for South Central Kentucky’s close-knit spirit, Zac founded Ross Wealth Advisory to give local families a trusted partner in planning their futures. With a finance degree from WKU and advanced financial planning credentials from the University of Texas at Austin, he combines analytical problem solving with a warm, personal approach. “Financial success is not just about accumulating wealth,” Zac explains. “It is about creating the freedom and flexibility to pursue the things that truly matter.” That grounded perspective stems directly from his grandfather, Gene Ross, whose quiet lessons on selflessness, honor and standing by your word shaped Zac’s character long before he opened a practice. Today, Zac honors that standard by pouring time into the community that raised him. Through his work on the board for the Boys and Girls Club of Glasgow and Barren County and his role as an ambassador with Barren Inc., he actively champions the next generation of local families. Life outside the office remains entirely family-centered. Zac and his wife, Emily, are raising two young sons, James and Griffin, amidst the familiar comforts of their hometown. Between mornings spent hunting or fishing, weekend rounds of golf and family trips, Zac measures success not by portfolios, but by the strength of the relationships he builds and the home he is helping create for his boys.
