Bowling Green’s 40 Under 40: Brittany Bennett

Ask anyone who knows Brittany Bennett, and they will tell you her greatest gift is making people feel instantly welcome and valued. That natural warmth, paired with a quick sense of humor, drives her work as director of communications at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. Driven by a lifelong love for storytelling, Brittany uses her creative energy to champion healthcare workers, uplift caregivers and connect the region to vital health resources. Her passion for communications blossomed at Lindsey Wilson College, where a mentor challenged her to step boldly into her talent. Today, the Glasgow native channels that same spirit of encouragement into her leadership. She actively sharpens her skills through Bowling Green Young Professionals and the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, focusing her outreach on initiatives that strengthen local families and community well-being. “At my core, I am passionate about relationships,” Brittany says. “Whether I am planning an event, supporting a colleague or creating moments that bring people together, leadership is about helping others become their best selves.” That same devotion to people defines her personal life. Brittany treasures time with her partner of 13 years, her parents, her sister, her two nephews, Bennett and Garrett, and her close friends. Whether cheering on her nephews at their latest activities or hosting gatherings, Brittany keeps relationships at the center of everything she does.
