Bowling Green’s 40 Under 40: Alex McCubbin

Story by Amelia Bowen

This is more than just advice Alex McCubbin received from his father as a kid—it is the mindset that has shaped how he leads. He understands that life and business rarely unfold exactly as planned, but believes people can always choose to respond with purpose, resilience, and integrity. As CEO of The Win Crew, Alex brings that philosophy to real estate by helping clients confidently navigate major life decisions, empowering agents to grow through challenges, and working to leave every person and situation better than he found it. Raised in Franklin, Kentucky, Alex earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western Kentucky University and has remained connected to the community that helped shape him. He believes leadership is not defined by a title, but demonstrated through humility, consistent growth, and a willingness to serve others. Whether mentoring real estate agents, volunteering at Crossland Community Church, coaching Little League Baseball, or supporting the Hybrid Learning Center, Alex strives to create opportunities for people to feel valued, recognize their potential, and achieve more than they thought possible. At home, Alex’s greatest role is being a husband and father. He and his wife are raising twin boys alongside their recent newborn, filling their time with trips to Disney, movie nights, baseball card collecting, and countless hours playing in the pool. Grounded in deep personal faith and committed to continuous growth, Alex measures success not only by the organization he builds or the people he helps, but by his ability to remain fully present for the family and community that give his work its purpose.
