Leading Ladies: Janna Goodnight, Megan Cherry, and Grace

Story by Amelia Bowen
For over three decades, General Manager Janna Goodnight has been a mainstay at The Jewelry Barn, guiding the business with a focus on trust and customer satisfaction. While she manages operations behind the scenes today, her core philosophy remains unchanged: support her team and ensure every customer leaves delighted. “I want our employees to feel appreciated and our clients to know they can trust us with their most cherished pieces,” Janna says. Working alongside her, sales associate and notary Megan Cherry thrives on the variety each day brings. A Greenwood High graduate and mother of three, Megan loves helping couples choose engagement rings or helping families breathe new life into inherited heirlooms. “I genuinely love helping people create forever memories,” Megan says. “It is about making every person who walks through our door feel valued.” Completing the trio, sales associate Grace Parks joined six years ago after a chance meeting with the owners. Today, she specializes in guiding clients through custom design experiences. “The Bowling Green community is so welcoming,” Grace says. “We strive to deliver a positive, helpful experience that shines through every custom piece we craft.” Through personal service and shared passion, the team ensures every guest leaves with a story and a piece to treasure for years to come.
