Leading Ladies: Leslie Stark

Story by Amelia Bowen

Pivoting careers during the early days of the pandemic was a daunting leap, but for Leslie Stark, taking that chance transformed her life. A proud first-generation Bowling Green native, High School graduate and WKU alumna, Leslie stepped into real estate at Keller Williams First Choice Realty seeking professional growth and the flexibility to put her family first. Drawing on fond childhood memories of attending home showings alongside her grandmother, a retired local realtor, she quickly established herself as a trusted advocate for area buyers and sellers. Today, Leslie serves on the KW Associate Leadership Council. Her busiest hours come late in the day after traditional work shifts end, balancing client negotiations, home tours and lender approvals with raising her son and daughter alongside her husband. “Real estate allowed me to build a thriving career without sacrificing my family,” Leslie says. “I built my business around serving others with dedication, integrity and purpose.” Deeply invested in her hometown, Leslie serves on the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia Board and supports local organizations including BRASS, the Warren County Humane Society and Glory Baby Ministry. When taking a break from Pilates or planning her next family vacation, she finds genuine energy in empowering other women. “You can be a mother, wife, leader and successful business woman,” Leslie says. “You can truly have it all if you believe you can.”
