Leading Ladies: Sara Jones

For Sara Jones, beauty has always been about more than what you see in the mirror. As an Aesthetician at Select Health, her passion is helping others feel confident in their own skin, with or without makeup. A Bowling Green native and WKU graduate, Sara spent 13 years in Nashville, where her career brought opportunities with Nashville Fashion Week, Carolina Herrera, Jason Wu and Zac Posen, alongside features in Kentucky Bride and an appearance on Breaking Amish. Eventually, home called her back. Today, Sara provides advanced aesthetic treatments, customized skincare routines, and bridal and event makeup. She also works closely with BG Cotillion and volunteers at the Boyce Community Center. Her definition of success has evolved from professional milestones to being close to family, loving her work and pouring into others. Sara’s nurturing side extends beyond the clinic. At home, she shares life with four rescue cats, Izzy, Bella, Charlotte and Oliver, while caring for backyard wildlife like deer, birds, raccoons, possums and groundhogs. Cultivate Kindness, in honor of Mckenzi Loid, holds a special place in her heart, alongside the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society. “When you do the right thing, everyone wins,” Sara says.
