Leading Ladies: Stacy Wall

Story by Amelia Bowen

On Friday afternoons at 3:00 PM, you will likely find Stacy Wall unwinding with her clinic crew at Toro. After 26 years as Clinical Manager at Atalla Plastic Surgery | Skin + Laser, that camaraderie is not just a perk of the job; it is the foundation of her entire career. Stacy joined Dr. Fouad Atalla and his wife, Peggy, in the early days of medica laesthetics, back when treatments like laser hair removal and Botox Cosmetic were brand-new concepts in South Central Kentucky. Coming in with a Bachelor of Science degree and a background in massage therapy, she stepped into an evolving industry and helped build the practice into what it is today. Today, Stacy directs the aesthetician team, manages medical inventory, evaluates cutting-edge laser technologies and guides patient care. Yet, despite her executive reach, her leadership philosophy remains distinctly hands-on. “Strong leadership is about setting the standard through your own actions,” Stacy says. “It means believing in your team, recognizing their strengths and never asking someone to do something you would not do yourself. ”Balancing a high-volume clinical career with a busy home life required a masterclass in time management. With her husband, Kyle, coaching year-round and their sons, Koby and Kade, competing in travel sports, Stacy learned early on how to prioritize and remain fully present in high-pressure seasons. Early mentorship from Peggy Atalla proved pivotal, showing Stacy firsthand that professional ambition and family devotion can thrive together. Now living in Russellville, Stacy pays that perspective forward, encouraging younger women entering healthcare while supporting regional causes like CASA and the Community Health Foundation. When stepping away from clinical operations, Stacy recharges by traveling to watch her son play college baseball, singing or spending sunny days on the beach .“Surround yourself with people who encourage your growth and stand right next to you,” Stacy says. “Never underestimate the value of simply showing up for the people who count on you.
