For Andrew Stewart, business development manager at Sunbelt Construction, bringing meaningful developments to life in Bowling Green has far less to do with blueprints and everything to do with people. Having grown up in Bowling Green, Andrew grounds his work in a simple philosophy passed down by mentors and faith leaders in his life: true leadership is about serving others and earning trust through steady, daily consistency. That mindset shapes every connection he makes, whether helping local decision makers launch a new build or helping emerging professionals find their footing through Bowling Green Young Professionals. His investment in the region carries directly into his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity and his prior volunteer service through Crossland Community Church, where he continues to attend. Andrew believes a thriving city depends on people willing to lend their time and hands, and he takes genuine joy in helping younger leaders build the confidence and networks to do the same. “Success is rarely about one massive opportunity,” Andrew says. “It is built through small, consistent actions and the people you choose to surround yourself with.” At home, life is anchored by his wife, Kristi, and their two young children. Whether exploring the outdoors or simply enjoying the quiet rhythm of daily family life, Andrew keeps faith, family and community at the very heart of his world.
