Trends can fade and preferences can change, especially when it comes to housing and design, but classic elements can remain trendy and timeless with home lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery had the pleasure of working with Hammer Homes on a beautiful home on Drakes Boulevard in the 2018 Parade of Homes. The goal was to stay classic, mixing tradition with some modern aspects, appealing to a wide audience, while offering statement pieces for pop. “Lighting is like jewelry for the home, adding statement pieces to an otherwise ordinary room sometimes,” said Ferguson designer Liz Sellers.

Timeless elements can be seen here with the use of traditional finishes, beautiful light fixtures, decorative toilet options, large clear glass pendants in the kitchen and an amazing decorative free-standing tub. The free-standing tub was Sellers’ favorite feature in the home. “The St George freestanding tub was chosen for its classic, traditional appeal. It never goes out of style,” said Sellers.
