The excitement grows for me each and every month as we bring you a new issue of VIP Bowling Green. The October issue is packed full of community events that bring Bowling Green and the surrounding area together to build relationships while supporting great causes. As we continue to grow, we enjoy the popularity of VIP in Glasgow and Franklin and hope that those relationships continue to strengthen.
The feature this month is All About Women with special highlights on strong business women in our community. Make sure you read each of their stories to learn more about how they have grown in careers that they love and hope to inspire your girls to do the same. As a special addition each October, adding to the All About Women theme, our customers jumped on board with us to add pink to their advertisements. This has helped us get to our goal of having pink throughout the entire magazine to support Breast Cancer Awareness.
Also included in this issue are behind the scene stories on a couple of the most popular local chefs. Bowling Green proves again to be a community that is a family when you get a look inside each of our country clubs and the Chefs that bring those members together around the table for a delicious meal where they build friendships and new relationships.
This month’s event coverage brings you a look at the fundraisers, sporting events and most of all the celebrations held throughout September. A spotlight on the Hot Rods Midwest League Championship, the Women’s Fund’s announcement of the final four non-profits in the 2018 Impact Grant process and the story behind the Mason Goodnight Foundation, Playing for Mason and how they are making an impact in Bowling Green and Warren County.
