Cheryl Davidson, Branch Manager of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union, has been in the banking profession for 17 years. She started as a full time teller when she was 20 years old and worked her way up. “I have a passion for helping people to be financially fit and educated when making important financial decisions. I believe that it is very important to financially support the communities we live and work in,” she says.

Cheryl loves the atmosphere and great people of Bowling Green, and she enjoys and looks forward to working with members of the community. “People want to work with financial institution managers and representatives who get things done. I want to be that manager for my community, and I want to serve the people of my community in a way that adds value,” she says. She adds that she wants to make lives better In Bowling Green for the long term.

She says that members of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union don’t always realize that it is a full service institution offering products on the consumer and business side. Fort Knox Federal Credit Union offers consumer and business checking accounts and loans for consumers and businesses. “Fort Knox Federal Credit Union has the commercial lending and business services you need,” she says. She adds that employees of the credit union ensure that they are doing the right thing for each member through their passion for their members. “Each team member has great knowledge about our products and services and wants to share that knowledge with our members.”

Cheryl wants to make sure every credit union member has a great relationship with their financial institution. She encourages people to ask for financial advice and to be educated with financial decisions. “It is important to work hard, but not to allow your spending to outwork your finances. Be smart in spending and financing so that you can also enjoy all life has to offer.”
