Travis Armstrong Promoted to Chief Operating Officer of English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP




English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP announced that Firm Administrator Travis Armstrong has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective July 1, 2019.

Armstrong is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1995 and a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) in 2007. Prior to being hired as the Firm Administrator by ELPO Law in 2005, Armstrong served as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Employers Risk Services, and as the Audit Supervisor for Holland CPAs providing him with a broad experience in all areas of accounting, finance, human resources and operations management.

Armstrong is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs has served previously as the President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Treasurer for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. He has been active in the United Way of Southern Kentucky, with the Family Enrichment Center, with the Bowling Green Christian Church, and is a graduate of Leadership Bowling Green.
