Story and photography by Brian Packard

VSA Kentucky is a nonprofit arts and disability organization which provides programming for children, youth, and adults with disabilities statewide. On April 30th VSA held their Festival of The Arts at SkyPAC, where dozens of children with disabilities from Warren County Schools participated in a hands-on experience in the visual arts, dance and movement, and music via an energetic drum circle. The event was funded by the Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green and Kentucky Dept of Education Division of Learning Services.
