Story and photography by Denise Robey

Mud Happens, One Bad Mud Run, was held on Saturday, August 24th, at Phil Moore Park. This annual run is one of the most fun ways to support our local Family Enrichment Centers, featuring a 3-mile obstacle course throughout Phil Moore Park, some quite challenging. For young muddy buddies, there was a designated area for the youngsters to climb, jump and play. FEC is a local non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families and preventing child abuse. For more information on how you can help, volunteer or participate in future events, follow the FEC page on Facebook or email [email protected]
