The Club at Olde Stone held their 12th annual “Hats on for Derby” Ladies Luncheon on April 12th. The featured speaker was Dale Romans, an American Thoroughbred racehorse trainer, best known for winning the 2011 Preakness Stakes with Shackleford and the Breeder’s Cup Turf with Little Mike. Chapel Tinius, our 2022 Miss Bowling Green, was on hand to meet and greet guests and spoke about her experiences and entertained everyone playing a piece on her violin. Derby fashions were shown by Pappagallos with exciting hats from Prim & Brim. This event kicks off the Derby season every year at Olde Stone.
