Editor's Letter

The March issue of VIP is our Real Estate and Lawn & Garden issue and I can’t wait for you to see what all it brings you. While I was in high school, my first job was working at a local Real Estate office in Franklin and I fell in love homes and the real estate market then. I still enjoy going to Open Houses and checking out what new listings are on the market just to see the difference in design and decoration choices.

Our editorial pieces this month give you advice from local realtors on how to prepare to list your homes and what tips they would give you. Also included is a story on outdoor living and how the exterior of your home makes it for welcoming for you and others. We highlight a few of the top real estate agents in Bowling Green in our Real Estate Rockstars section. The agents featured are working hard to serve their customers while also making our community a better place by giving back.

We also include a section of Senior Health and Living in South Central Kentucky where we give you the inside look on the options available in our area for your parents, grandparents or family members.

Our VIProfile this issue welcomes Coach Tyson Helton to Bowling Green and Western Kentucky University. Our home feature walks you through a historic home and garden, Boxwood that is located on State Street in downtown Bowling Green.

Our VIP event coverage from the last few months includes many popular Bowling Green events such as Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society Fur Ball, Chocolate Festival, Valentine’s Events and much more. We always enjoy covering community events and hope you check out the event calendars to see what is upcoming over the next few months and get out and get involved in the community.

Most importantly this month, we are excited to introduce you to two new members of our team, Katie Hallum and Phillip Carter. I hope that you begin to see their faces more around the community as VIP continues to grow!

As always, thank you for being a loyal reader. We work hard to bring you a magazine that can truly be utilized as more than just a quick read. We want to be a must-have resource for all things Bowling Green. Without your submissions, suggestions and feedback we could never be as comprehensive as we are.

See you in April!
