Add these 3 exercises to your routine to ensure your back, arms and shoulders look tone and beautiful.
1. Curl to Overhead Press
2. Dumbbell Reverse Fly
3. Bent Over Row
Start with 5-10lb dumbbells. Do all three movements for 12 repetitions each, that is 1 round. Taking minimal rest between movements, try to complete 3 rounds without setting the dumbbells down! You should feel the last few reps of each movement start to burn. When it starts to get easy go up to 15 repetitions, and when it gets light go up weight.
