Pub by Novo isn’t your typical sports bar with elegant bar food and industrial decor; they are taking it up a notch with their take on jambalaya, a dish from Louisiana, with a heavy Spanish and French influence.
With spicy andouille sausage, tender shrimp and chicken, the highlight of this dish is definitely the meat. Mixed with the trinity of celery, peppers, and onions slowly cooked with a myriad of spices, the meat and veggies are laid on a bed of rice. This is one filling dish!
