A Michigan native and WKU alumna, Ally Higdon brings empathy and active listening to her role as Human Resources Supervisor at Kobelco Aluminum Automotive Products. Her leadership is deeply inspired by motherhood, shaping her commitment to creating a positive workplace culture and making a meaningful impact in her community. Outside the office, Ally and her husband Brandon stay busy raising their three children, Addison, Hunter and Booker, alongside their lab Rosie, finding their greatest joy in making memories together.
