Bowling Green’s 40 Under 40: Jessica Mann

That guiding truth defines Jessica Mann’s perspective on growth, resilience and community leadership. Originally from the East Coast but proudly rooted in Kentucky for nearly two decades, Jessica stepped into her role as Account Executive at Foreman Watson Land Title through a serendipitous career shift that quickly became a natural calling centered on relationships and trust. A Western Kentucky University graduate, Jessica approaches leadership with a clear focus on empathy, grace and intentional purpose. Her passion lies in lifting up the Bowling Green area without judgment or prejudice, ensuring everyone has the support to succeed on their own terms. That commitment drives her deep civic involvement, serving as BNI President and dedicating her time to boards and committees for Riverview at Hobson Grove, Mason’s Mission, the Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society Furball and Habitat for Humanity. Each volunteer experience keeps her grounded, humble and focused on giving back. To fuel her own continuous evolution, Jessica intentionally surrounds herself with influential women, learning from their journeys and celebrating their wins. Off the clock, she finds simple joy in books, an iced coffee in hand, a great Taylor Swift song and a sweet treat. Looking toward the future, Jessica remains eager to travel, pursue a master’s degree and continue building a community where everyone has a seat at the table.
